		<description>I read you faithfully each week.  I am tormented by an autoimmune disease called phemphigus or pemphigoid (what&#039;s the difference?)  I am taking 5 mgs of prednisone on the odd days and 6 mgs of prednisone on the even days, using clobetasol in vanicream when there is a break through.  I know predisone is not good in the long run.  Any suggestions?
